Payment may be made with MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, Klarna or PayPal.
If you pay by debit or credit card you will be asked to submit the name on your card, your card number, expiry date and, if applicable, card issue number and three-digit security number. This information is transmitted via high-level encryption directly to the bank to verify that your credit or debit card is valid.
Once your card has been approved by the provider—or in case of a bank transfer when we have received the payment on our account—we will send you an order confirmation via email. Your credit or debit card will be charged within 24 hours.
If you pay using Klarna we will send your order confirmation to you once Klarna confirms the payment to us. For Klarna payments, follow Klarna’s instructions only. Do not transfer funds directly to us.

After receiving the payment link from our customer service team, you will be redirected to the order overview page where you will then be able to select Klarna as a payment option. Klarna’s payment page shows the different payment options available for your purchase.
Klarna offers flexible payment solutions, including the ability to split your purchase into manageable payments. However, Klarna's credit and financing options are only available up to a certain amount. If your order exceeds this limit, Klarna's payment solutions will not appear as a payment option at checkout.

Payment may be made with PayPal. You will receive an email containing a link to a PayPal invoice where you will then need to log into your private PayPal account and complete the payment. Alternatively, you can choose to proceed without a PayPal account and pay directly with a credit card.
After completing the payment from PayPal you will automatically receive confirmation from PayPal that the payment has been successful. Once PayPal confirms this payment to us, we will send you an order confirmation via email to complete the payment process.
3D Secure, also referred to as 3D Secure authentication or 3DS, is a fraud prevention measure that was originally launched by Visa (as Verified-by-Visa) in 2001. It adds a secure authentication step before customers can purchase online, helping protect against card payment fraud. 3DS is backed and recognised by major debit and credit card issuers, including VISA, Mastercard (as Mastercard SecureCode) and American Express (as American Express SafeKey).
When you’re ready to pay online, you will be redirected to your debit or credit card provider’s 3D Secure page. There, you’ll either be asked for a password (set up with your bank) or to enter an authentication code sent to your confirmed mobile number. After providing the correct details, the payment is approved and you’ll be directed back to our confirmation page. You will then receive a confirmation email that the payment has been successful.
Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode are offered by banks and service providers, not by Visa/Mastercard directly. Please contact your bank or service provider.
You can usually reset your password during checkout. If a Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode box appears after you’ve entered your card details, look for a “forgotten password” option and follow the prompts from your bank.
Please contact your bank so they can investigate. It might be as simple as them not having the correct phone number for you.
