Where do I find the product prices?

You can check the prices as you configure your rooflight using our Build your own configurator.

However, if you are looking for a quote on The Unlimited Rooflight or Round Rooflight, please contact us directly at +44 (0) 1592 778 246 or vario@velux.co.uk.

We also included price examples in our Vario by VELUX Sales Brochure that you can easily download here.

Can I buy directly from you?

Yes. You can buy directly from us. We work with homeowners, installers, builders’ merchants, and architects.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my order?

You can either pay in full at the time of ordering or split your payment into two parts. If you choose to split, a 50% payment is required to secure your order, and the remaining 50% is collected around seven days before delivery.

Depending on the payment method and total order value, a 50/50 split may be required.

What payment options are available?

You can pay using VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, or MAESTRO. We also accept Klarna, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.

Why can't I use Klarna's credit options for my purchase?

Klarna offers flexible payment solutions, including the ability to split your purchase into manageable payments. However, Klarna's credit and financing options are only available up to a certain amount. If your order exceeds this limit, Klarna's payment solutions will not appear as a payment option at checkout.

What can I do if my order exceeds Klarna's limit?

Can I complete my order online?

No. All orders are placed directly with our daylight experts, who will guide you through the process. Please get in touch using the contact details below to place your order.

Do you accept American Express (AMEX)?

We do not accept AMEX as a direct payment method, but you can still use your AMEX card by selecting PayPal or Klarna, as long as your AMEX card is linked to your account with either of these services.

We also accept VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, MAESTRO, PayPal, Klarna, and Bank Transfer.

Can I return my rooflight?

Vario by VELUX rooflights are made-to-order, custom products that are manufactured specifically for each individual order. This means they cannot be cancelled or returned once your purchase order and payment have been received by VELUX Company Ltd.

Right of withdrawal / cancellation

You can withdraw or cancel your order up until it has been finally confirmed and payment has been made. Once production has started and raw materials have been ordered specifically for your customised rooflight, it is no longer possible to withdraw or cancel.
